Return and Refund Policy

At Scorpio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review our policy below.

1. Returns Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

2. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. 

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Special Note on Limited Edition Drops:
Because 'The Stinger' is an exclusive, strictly limited release of only 100 pieces worldwide that will never be reproduced, all sales of this first art piece are final, except in cases of manufacturing defects. Size exchanges are subject to remaining stock availability at the time of the request. If your size is sold out, we may not be able to offer a replacement. Please consult our size guide carefully before placing your order.
